The Gallery 44 Internship Program offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in Education, Exhibition, Production Facilities or Communications departments in a thriving artist-run centre with a long history of supporting artists at all stages of their careers.

Tasks include a range of administrative and research assistance related to programming, website, special events, and other aspects of the organization.

Internships are unpaid and open to anyone with a serious interest in contemporary photography and non-profit artist-run centre administration. Internships have been used for course credit in the past. We ask for a minimum commitment of 6 months, or 1 semester, and internships commence annually in the Fall.

To be considered for our coming exhibtion season, please email a CV and cover letter, with the subject line INTERNSHIP APPLICATION:

*Please indicate if you would also like to be considered for a summer internship (June 1 - Sept 1).
